This Forum is organized by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and will bring weather presenters together during the World Climate Conference-3 (WCC-3) in Geneva, Switzerland, from 31 August-4 September 2009. Weather presenters will discuss best practices in order to develop recommendations for ways to provide climate outlooks to the public at large.
