This World Meteorological Organization (WMO) conference will be held in conjunction with the 15th session of the Commission for Climatology. The event will be organized around the following thematic sessions: societal demands for climate services for adaptation and risk management; capabilities for data management, monitoring and assessment; capabilities for climate prediction, projection and services; partnerships and collaborative activities; climate research achievements and gaps; and uptake of user requirements for new research and putting achievements into operation.
