16 February 2010: The Joint Afro-Arab Ministerial Meeting on Agricultural Development and Food Security, held on 14-16 February 2010, in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt, agreed on an action plan to guide their collaboration in agriculture and food security, including climate change-related elements.
12 February 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the report of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) on its 31st session, held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 8-12 December 2009 (FCCC/SBSTA/2009/8). 
16 February 2010: The World Meteorological Organization (WMO), together with its World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) and the Turkish State Meteorological Service, are holding the Technical Conference on “Changing Climate and Demands for Climate Services for Sustainable Development” in Antalya, Turkey, from 16-18 February 2010. 
17 February 2010: The UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) has published a report titled "Millennium Development Goals: Advances in Environmentally Sustainable Development in Latin America and the Caribbean."
February 2010: The World Health Organization (WHO) has published a draft discussion paper titled “Gender, climate change and health.”
4 February 2010: The UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) has released the Statistical Yearbook for Latin America and the Caribbean 2009, which includes sections on demographic, social and environmental aspects.
