This event is co-organized by the Incheon Metropolitan City, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), and the UN International Strategy for Disaster Reduction Secretariat (UN/ISDR). The overarching theme of the conference is "Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) for Climate Change Adaptation," with a particular focus on the convergence of DRR and climate change adaptation, and available information technology and green technology.
